  • 1 Pkg of Phyllo Dough (2 rolls with parchment paper)
  • 2 Cookie sheets
  • Brie Round - 8 oz
  • Jar of Laurel Hill Jam (fruit or Zetz Red Pepper Jam)


  • Set Oven at 425 Degrees F
  • Place Parchment paper on cookie sheets
  • Place phyllo dough onto parchment paper
  • Divide brie round into half, slice 2" inch think pieces
  • Place brie pieces in a straight line on top of dough
  • Add layer of jam on top
  • Fold dough over (pinch together) brie and jam
  • Transfer onto one cookie sheet
  • Paint tops with egg wash---(one egg slightly beaten plus one TB water)
  • Place in oven/cook for 14 minutes... more or less.
  • Let set for 2 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces..brie should be gooey and melted
