Fig and Blue Cheese Bruschetta
1 French Baguette or Cocktail Sliced Breads
3 oz. Whipped Cream Cheese
2 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. Laurel Hill Fig Jam
Pre-heat broiler. Slice Bread. Arrange bread slices on baking sheet. Broil 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly toasted. Blend together above ingredients. Spread on top of bread slices. Broil until bubbly.
