Tarragon Wine Jelly
Tarragon Wine Jelly is an herb jelly with a sweet-tart taste with notes of delicate citrus and licorice. Since it is made with white wine, it lends itself for use as a meat glaze (turkey, chicken, pork chops). It may be served with Chevre cheese.
Ingredients: Sugar, White Wine, Fresh Tarragon Infusion, Pectin, Bay Leaf, Yellow and Green Food Coloring, Sulfites.
