"Troublemaker" Red Blend Wine Jelly

This jelly is made with an extremely popular red wine blend of Syrah, Zinfandel, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Petite Sirah. Like our Cabernet, the wine jelly goes well served with beef, cheese (Brie, Gorgonzola Dolce, and Stilton Blue), and chocolate desserts.

Although the wine is comprised of many types of grapes, Syrah is the backbone of the wine, setting the stage for a fruit-forward style and a full body flavor that comes through each spoonful.Â
